Our Guarantee
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with the quality of your order, contact us within 30 days and we will reprint it free of charge. We cannot be responsible for poor image quality resulting from inadequate resolution or improper exposure. Please know that digital files do not have a wide latitude for adjustment. If you alter a product after you receive it, we cannot offer free reprinting of that product or a full refund.
Color issues
An experienced color technician reviews every order you submit to us. The technician performs an overall color correction on monitors that are calibrated to our printers. We have built in every control measure possible to standardize this process. However, color correction is performed by several different technicians, and the process does have an element of human interpretation. We have received rave reviews from customers for years regarding our color process. However, because of the human element exact color match from order to order cannot be guaranteed.

If you are not satisfied with your order, or the order was damaged in shipping, please contact customer service at tom@varano.com and let us know the issue. If a refund is requested, you may drop off the order at our studio or be asked to return the original order to:

Online Storage Policy
We do not store your files on our server after your order is completed. You must reorder using the original online process.

Bella Fine Art Prints has privacy measures to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All orders placed on our site are done on a secure server that encrypts all financial information through SSL. Credit card information is not stored in our data base.
